The developing dressing can be effectively developed under X-ray. However, the current PVC developing line on the market will produce toxic hydrogen chloride during processing and use. At present, European and American countries are also slowly phasing out PVC development line, with the improvement of domestic medical level, the development line will gradually eliminate the PVC development line in the future, and use the development line of other materials that are harmless to the human body to be applied to the development gauze.

The process of combining developing gauze and developing thread mainly includes ultrasonic heat sealing and weaving process. Ultrasonic heat sealing has better stability, can better combine with gauze, and is not easy to fall off in the body.
